IN/OUT Customer Service Operator

What's required: Fluent in English, bilingual, Spanish preferred- Honesty and Integrity- Coachable, Self-Motivated and Driven- Superb phone etiquette, tonality, personable, polite- Ability to think on your feet, handle objections, guide conversations, and generate leads- Attention to detail and accuracy of information being gathered- Be available and flexible to place calls and for employer contact/meetings- Prior experience in cold calling and sales highly preferred- The caller will follow a script to qualify appointments and gauge motivation.

All the information will be entered into our CRM webform.
